· 6 years carrier/service provider plus 4 years vendor.
· 6 years VoIP and IP Telephony experience.
· Advanced TDM and VoIP protocol understanding.
· Advanced Cisco and IP networking background.
· Advanced Linux and Unix system administration.
· Advanced TCP/IP and Internet service knowledge.
· Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CVOICE certified.
· Cisco Unified Call Manager experience.
· NexTone NCE-1 and NCE-2 certified.
· Solid understanding of global voice carrier markets, with particular emphasis on Europe and Asia Pacific.
